Leaf & Ember ("we," "us," or "our") operates bookleafandember.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our site or submit a booking inquiry, how we use it, and your choices.

When you submit an availability request we collect:

- Name, email address, and phone number
- Event date, time, location, and type
- Estimated guest count and package interest
- Any additional notes you provide

We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, referring URL) through our hosting provider. We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising.

## How We Use Your Information

- To respond to your inquiry and confirm availability
- To send you a booking agreement and invoice if you choose to proceed
- To coordinate event logistics leading up to your event
- To contact you about your booking (by email or phone)

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

## Data Storage

Inquiry submissions are stored securely on our hosting infrastructure. We retain inquiry data for up to 24 months for business records, then delete it. If you would like your data removed sooner, contact us at the address below.

- **Resend** — transactional email delivery
- **HubSpot** — customer relationship management (inquiry tracking)

Each service operates under its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

## Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
